As much as I love my job, Anthony Bourdain has my ultimate dream job.  He gets to travel to fabulous places on someone else’s dollar and gets to stuff his face with pretty incredible food that the world has to offer.  Have been reading his book for what it feels like months now.  Not because I am not enjoying his book, but more because my priorities are screwed up and I would much prefer to gorge on incredibly bad tv than to read a solid book.  In every word, every sentence, every paragraph and every page, I could hear his unmistakable voice in my head.  Hopefully I’ll be done with the book this week.  I’m sure it would be one of my favorites for a long time.  Not because I have a HUGE crush on this man, but because it’s an articulate and eloquent about his fascinating experience in the restaurant industry.  I would highly recommend it.
